I'm Lynn Foster — a Director-level operations and transformation leader with 15+ years of experience turning complex, underperforming processes into measurable business results. My work spans supply chain and S&OP planning, Order-to-Cash and Quote-to-Cash transformation, BPO strategy, ERP and CRM modernization, shared services design, and enterprise-wide change management.
